Oftentimes, family members coast through the easy years of autism and wait until the difficult adolescent years to act. An autism consultant should be the first step in formatting the big picture for the future. Families need someone that can give them critical, objective and accurate information. The BTTC is a well-established and respected service provider for a 13 country area surrounding Houston. The program was established in 1990 to provide consultative, hands-on expertise in ABA to agencies, schools, and families. The BTTC provides individualized ABA services through four different programs: a short-term ICF/MR residential program for severe behavior challenges, an outreach program for less severe behavior challenges which do not require immediate removal from the home, a Positive Behavior Supports Training program for training others in the correct application of ABA techniques, and the BTTC Day Treatment program in which there are several programming options to choose from. The training is directed and supervised by Christie Enzinna, M.A., LPA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ms. Enzinna has established a well-respected career in the field of Behavior Analysis over the past 25 years in the Houston area.

College Living Experience is a post-secondary academic program that provides intensive assistance with academic, independent living and social skills to college students with special needs as they transition to become independent responsible adults. College Living Experience assists students throughout the academic process from registration to graduation. With centers in Austin, Texas, Denver and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Washington D.C. and Monterey, Calif. College Living Experience offers access to nearly 20 community colleges, universities and technical institutes that offer a wide variety of certificate and degree programs.

A Texas not-for-profit organization designed to provide "model" homes for individuals with autism, blindness/deafness, mental retardation and/or multiple disabilities. The Sean Ashley House is a Home & Community Based Services (HCS) providing a meaningful living environment for children and adult with disabilities as well as Day Habilitation. Our focus is on autism.
