Autism Behavior Consultants (ABC) is an agency specializing in the treatment of autism related development disorders. Our agency uses techniques of discrete trial teaching, verbal behavior, and errorless learning, which are all components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABC provides services in California and Oregon.

The Autism Behavioral Consultants (ABC) provides consultation services to parents and their team of providers which include supervision, analysis of data, and problem-solving. Observation of various team members is often an important service to ensure consistency of intervention among team members.

The CDRC Autism Program provides services to children with established or suspected symptoms on the autism spectrum. The clinic is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of clinical psychologists, developmental pediatricians, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, audiologists and social workers who come together to understand the individual differences and needs of each child we meet. Dr. Machalicek is a board certified behavior analyst (license no. 1-06-3175) with over 10 years experience with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. She has numerous publications in peer-reviewed applied behavior analysis and special education journals and has presented her research on the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior in both the United States and the United Kingdom. She is the 2008 recipient of The American Association for Persons with Intellectual and Development Disabilities student award for excellence in service and research. Dr. Machalicek is available to families, schools, and social service agencies for both private consultation and group training. With the use of innovative strategies like videoconferencing, Dr. Machalicek is able to support families and teachers when and where they need assistance.
