As an autism consultant, I specialize in positive behavioral support as well as apply behavior analysis into do-able interventions. Oftentimes, family members coast through the easy years of autism and wait until the difficult adolescent years to act. An autism consultant should be the first step in formatting the big picture for the future. Families need someone that can give them critical, objective and accurate information.
