CEN is a Michigan Department of Education statewide education information network. CEN produces and distributes newsletters, brochures, and other education materials in print and electronic formats.

We offer advocacy services from experienced attorneys and paralegals. IEP/504 and ADA related issues with school district. Advocacy with Soc Sec, Family Support Subsidy and mental health related services.

Citizens Alliance To Uphold Special Education (CAUSE) is the Parent Training Information Center for the State of Michigan. CAUSE is a statewide non-profit coalition providing free information, referral, support, advocacy, and workshops to parents and professionals working with children with disabilities and special needs.

Guiding families through the entire special education process, by personally attending special education meetings and assisting with many other aspects os special needs-special education, and many issues dealing with the pervasive spectrum.

Matching students with learning needs, emotional or behavorial problems to the best educational placement throughout the country. Summer opportunities as well.

Helping children with special needs obtain appropriate educational services and environments. Legal advice or formal representation in matters involving special education, student discipline, or restraint/seclusion throughout Michigan. Familiar with Autism and related interventions including Applied Behavior Analysis.

The attorneys associated with the Center are available for customized and standard presentations on both special and general education law and practice.

Judson Center's Autism Connections program offers a wide range of educational, therapeutic and support services designed to assist individuals with autism, their families and their communities. Therapies and skills training promote personal growth toward reaching independence and maximizing potential for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Parents of newly diagnosed children often don't know where to turn. Judson Center's Autism Connections program gives parents the resources, education, awareness and support necessary to regain hope for their child's future.

Marshall LD Network" (Learning Differences" in lower Mid-Michigan a grassroots parent support group who meets monthly to learn about support and advocacy. We have been around for about 4 years and have been successful in partnering with our schools and public libraries in grant requests for funding for classrooms/teachers/students etc.

We provide support,education,and resources for families who have autistic loved ones and also to the community.Free to attend to and opened to the public.We meet on the first and third Sundays of each month.We start at 2:00 pm and go until 4:00 pm.We meet in the board roomm on the third floor of the Mecosta County Medical Center(Hospital) located at 605 oak Street in Big Rapids.For further questions or information please email David and Bonnie Thorson at: michigan.autism.support.group@gmail.com we answer all emails within 48 hours from the time they were sent.
