The mission of the Trace Center is to prevent the barriers and capitalize on the opportunities presented by current and emerging information and telecommunication technologies in order to create a world that is as accessible and usable as possible for as many people as possible. Developments of the Trace Center are built into every copy of Microsoft Windows Macintosh OS and Unix GUI environments as well as the Postal Service’s Automated Postal Systems the WW II and Korean War Memorials the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and many computer and telecommunication products.
