The Autism Education Network

The Autism Education Network was founded on the belief that until we find a cure, education is our best hope. Ultimately, we hope to improve public special education programs and help every child with autism reap the benefits of the civil right to learn.
Our outreach programs include an annual education conference every April regarding best practices in autism treatment. We also offer families free access to a host of on-line resources like Parent Directory--a matchmaking service that allows families to search the directory by: City, State, County, Name of School District, Age of Child, Diagnosis of Child, and the like. In 2006, through a partnership with Cisco Systems, AEN will utilize multi-media conferencing to offer real-time training to on-line guests regarding a host of topics for families and educators regarding best practices in autism treatment.
