The Arc of Montgomery County (The Arc MC) aims to provide supports advocacy and choices for people who have mental retardation and related developmental disabilities and their families. Through creativity flexibility and the individual planning process The Arc MC will maximize the use of community resources and supports necessary to include people with mental retardation and related developmental disabilities in their neighborhoods. Inclusion is the cornerstone of The Arc of Montgomery County’s foundation and philosophy.
