Professional Fiduciary Association of California

PFAC is committed to provide information to the membership on economic, social and political developments likely to affect the professional fiduciary; to provide continuing education and promote minimum standards in the administration of conservatorships, guardianships, trusts, estates and durable powers of attorney; to build and maintain awareness of this association among families, attorneys, probate court officials, various city and county agencies, and among present and potential fiduciaries; to provide advocacy with the state legislature; and to cooperate with the courts of this state.Fiduciary Association
