The mission of Partners Resource Network (PRN) is to empower parents of children and youth with disabilities in their roles as parents, decision makers, and advocates for their children and to promote partnerships among parents and professionals. The programs and services of PRN are based on the concept of parents helping parents.
PRN responds to thousands of parents and professionals each year, primarily throughout the State of Texas. Our hope is that the information, training, assistance, and materials we provide are helping to make a positive difference in the lives of the five million infants, toddlers, children and young adults with disabilities who live in the great State of Texas.
