Louisiana Part C Early Intervention is Louisiana’s early intervention system for infants and toddlers ages birth to three who have an established medical condition. This condition can be either physical or mental-with a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. The system also serves infants and toddlers who without an established medical condition are determined to be delayed in cognitive physical communication social/emotional or adaptive development.
