The mission of Kids Connections is to ensure infants and toddlers with disabilities have full access to comprehensive family-directed services in our community. What we do: We help families who have infants and toddlers with disabilities access the wide range of supports and services available in Boulder and Broomfield counties. Who we serve: Families in Boulder and Broomfield counties who have children with disabilities developmental delays or who are at risk for developmental delays.
