The Kentucky Disabilities Coalition (KDC) was founded in October 1987 as a mechanism for Kentucky's disability-related groups and organizations to work together on legislation and issues concerning Kentuckians with disabilities and their families. KDC is concerned about Kentuckians of all ages with any form of disability--physical mental or emotional.
