My name is Melissa Blaque I co-facilitate EAL/EAP equine assisted learning & equine assisted psychotherapy with Dr Annabel Agee PhD.
Dr Agee and myself have 2 private practices in down town Maryville. My practice is Reflexology and Annabel's is Psychology. We are beginning phase I of a National Study to offer alternative therapeutic effectiveness, through EAP to ASD children and their families. We do not do riding we offer all ground work experiential interaction in a 2 person EAGALA model.Â
We are trying to get the word out that we're here and what we are offering which in and of itself is quite incredible. Both Annabel and I have been working together for many years and make an amazing therapeutic team but I also offer Reflexology, Trigger Point  as an alternative therapy utilizing my 20+ yrs of experience and background in healing touch, massage, Reflexology and other body work. I combine my counseling background and work in DBT/CBT (dialectical behavioral therapy & cognitive behavioral therapy) to enhance other methods families may be interested in utilizing.
