FOCUS was founded in 1985 to provide developmentally based psycho-educational services to special needs children their families and the professionals who work with them in a culturally sensitive manner. We are a non-profit organization comprised of multi-cultural and multi-lingual mental health and education specialists licensed by the State of California to provide behavior intervention and related services to children in conjunction with local school districts and Regional Centers.
