Early Autism Risk Longitudinal Investigation (EARLI) Study

The Early Autism Risk Longitudinal Investigation (EARLI) Study, based at Drexel University in Philadelphia, seeks families to help researchers find clues about the causes of autism. The EARLI Study is a national research study of biological and environmental risk factors for having another child with autism in families already affected by the disorder.
Benefits to Families:
Families enrolled in the EARLI Study will:
-Be compensated for time and travel to our Philadelphia-based site,
-Receive comprehensive developmental and autism assessments beginning at 6 months and continuing until 3 years of age, and small gifts for the new baby.
Eligibility:
You may be eligible to participate if:
§ You are the biological mother of a child with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis,
§ You may become pregnant or are currently less than 28 weeks pregnant, and
§ You live in within 2 hours of Philadelphia
