Established by a volunteer Board of Directors in 1994 to develop two irrevocable supplemental needs trusts. Currently the trust administers over three million dollars on behalf of 60 individuals. The purpose of the trusts are to protect a person's Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid from being impacted should a person receive funds from an estate or insurance settlement
