The Colorado Assistive Technology Project (CATP), initially funded in 1989 by the National Institute on Disability Research and Rehabilitation U.S. Department of education as Colorado's "Tech Act" project, is a statewide technology related assistance program. It is designed to support capacity building and advocacy activities designed to assist states in maintaining permanent, comprehensive statewide programs of technology related assistance for all people with disabilities living in Colorado.
