At AST, we employ the latest Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) findings to craft individually tailored therapy programs to address the needs of families and individuals with autism and other developmental needs of all ages.
Parents and primary caregivers are an absolutely essential component of our family-focused therapy approach and play a major role in helping their child achieve a successful outcome. We provide parents with comprehensive education, training and support; and incorporate intensive hands-on parental participation into each child’s therapy program.
Our therapy programs are based on scientifically proven methods designed to develop language and social skills within developmentally appropriate play activities and natural family routines. As the child grows, the therapy program expands to incorporate other play and social opportunities available at school and in the wider community. Our teen and adolescent programs equip participants with the requisite skills for independent living, college and employment.
