Alliance for Infants & Toddlers — Allegheny County

Staff at the Alliance act as service coordinators for families whose children are eligible for early intervention services from birth to their third birthday. The Alliance assists families in participating fully in planning and decision making for children entering the early intervention system. They provide families with information about child and family services and as well as their rights in the early intervention system. The Alliance is a family centered program available to offer helpful information and emotional support while respecting a family's choices and decisions.
